The Abiec has an Integrated Sector Project in partnership with the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (ApexBrasil) to promote the Brazilian beef abroad.
One of the marketing activities of this project is to accomplish workshops in countries importers or potential importers of beef, in partnership with the Brazilian Embassy in the country.
The Workshop is an event held in a lunch or dinner, where we invite importers of beef, hotel managers, restaurants, local health authorities, media and guests of the Embassy.
We began the event with a round of business between Brazilian exporters and importers of the country where the event takes place. It is distributed some disclosure material about Brazilian Beef. Then after it has a presentation on the production chain of beef, after the lecture, a cocktail is served with a Brazilian barbecue beef.
We take the beef from Brazil and farofa (manioc flour), besides the barmen and barbecue chef with expertise required. Also, we serve caipirinhas in some countries.
The choice of countries for the workshops is based on the strategy of conquest and strengthening the most important target markets in the timing of activities.
The decision for the location for the event, buffet and other suppliers are made by the local Brazilian Embassy, which requires the knowledge and high standard of quality, besides must have own contacts that can not be disregarded.
